The 415kgs 5 a-side competition was split into two groups with 10 teams taking part.
Group 1: G&B, Ballyhegan, Richhill A, Deel Rangers, Carndonagh A
Group 2: Richhill B, Carndonagh B, Richhill C, Slieve Croob, Rockies
From the groups, Ballyhegan top group 1 and pulled Rockies, runners-up in group 2, and Carndonagh B winners of group 2 pulling Deel Rangers, runners-up in group 1.
Carndonagh B won in straight pulls, whereas the second semi-final went to 3 ends with Ballyhegan eventually.
Again the final was a great advert for tug of war with Ballyhegan winning in by two ends to one.
We would like to thank everyone who supported the competition, Annabell and Alan Walker for looking after the teas, Sarah Nesbitt for looking after the raffle, Mark Robinson and his family for the venue, Noel for helping with the medal presentation, our Officials, Vernon, Davy and William, and the teams who participated, thanks, another great night for tug of war.
